DENVER –Temperatures will fall into the low to mid 40s in metro Denver during the overnight hours into Thursday morning
The soaking rain in Denver ended Wednesday afternoon after bringing an inch or more much-needed moisture to the region.
Chief Meteorologist Dave Fraser says the rain headed south and east and out of Colorado Wednesday night.
“Skies will slowly clear from the northwest. There may be some patchy fog overnight as well,” Fraser says.
“Sunshine returns on Thursday with highs back close to 70 degrees. Then get ready for a super September weekend with plenty of sunshine Friday through Sunday and temperatures in the upper 70s and low 80s.”
