ELBERT COUNTY, Colo. — The pilot of a small plane made a crash landing in a field in Elbert County Tuesday afternoon.

It went down northeast of Kiowa.

Aviation officials say the plane lost oil pressure so the pilot was forced to put it down in the field.

No one was hurt in the bumpy landing.
