DENVER — A Denver school bus was involved in an accident that ripped the bumper off an SUV near the intersection of West 38th Avenue and Federal Boulevard Thursday morning.

The bus slowed the morning commute by blocking several lanes, and children forced to remain on the bus likely missed some morning classes. But thankfully, police said there were no injuries to report.

The images seen in the photo are from SkyFOX, which flew over the crash at approximately 7:15 a.m.

No word from authorities on when traffic will be back to normal. The accident was still in the cleanup stages at 8 a.m.
