Aurora theater suspect’s CU records no longer under gag order

A judge says the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is no longer under a gag order in the Aurora theater shooting case.

The suspect, James Holmes was a student at the school up until he withdrew a few weeks before the massacre at the Century 16 theater on July 20.

It’s now up to the university to determine what information it will release about James Holmes.

In a separate matter, the judge ordered authorities at the Arapahoe County Jail to allow Holmes’ lawyers to be able to visit him once a day.
