One dead in southwest Denver shooting, suspect at large

DENVER — Two people were shot and one person was killed in a southwest Denver neighborhood Tuesday, police said.
Officers were called to 1044 S. Alcott Street around 9:40 p.m. on a report of a shooting.
Two adult men were found at the scene with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to a local hospital, where one of the men died, police said.
The second man has non-life-threatening injuries.
No names have been released.
Police do not have any suspects in custody, nor have they released a description of any suspects.
