DENVER — More snow is forecast for Denver late Tuesday night. Chief Meteorologist Dave Fraser says additional accumulation is possible but it will be on the light side with most places seeing less than an inch.
Temperatures are expected to plunge into the single digits and teens meaning roads could be icy for the Wednesday morning commute.

Skiers, riders and ski resort operators can rejoice. Heavy snow, on the order of one to two feet, is forecast for some mountain locations late Tuesday through Thursday morning. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for a large section of Colorado’s central and northern mountains.
Travel through the high country will be challenging. Motorists need to be ready for extreme winter weather driving conditions for the next couple of days.
