PARKER, Colo. – According to investigators, a scoutmaster from Parker has been arrested for sexual exploitation of a child.

Parker police said in January, detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children began an investigation into the possession and distribution of child pornography near the 22000 block of Pensive Court located in the Canterberry Subdivision.

On Tuesday, detectives arrested 30-year-old Brian David Robbins after they searched his home and found evidence including digital images of unknown child victims.

During the course of the investigation, detectives found that Robbins is a scoutmaster for a Boy Scout troop in Parker.

Robbins was booked on two counts of sexual exploitation of a child. He is being held on $50,000 bond.

Because it is an ongoing investigation, investigators were not releasing any other information.

If you have any information about this investigation, you are asked to contact the Parker Police Department at (303) 805-6523.
