WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — Police plan to search the home of Leann “Annie” Meyer, a 51-year-old Wheat Ridge woman who has been missing for more than a week.

Investigators hope to get a lead on where Meyer may have disappeared to, said Cmdr. Dave Pickett of the Wheat Ridge police department.

Police also plan to conduct interviews and follow-up on leads.

Pickett said investigators have spoken with Meyer’s roommate several times on the phone but have not yet been able to meet them in person.

“We are very, very interested in speaking with her and hearing what she has to say about everything from her association with Ms. Meyer to Ms. Meyer’s habits, likes, dislikes, places she goes and places she visits,” Pickett said.

Meyer went missing on February 23. The last person to hear from her was Meyer’s employer who said they received a text message from her.

The employer said Meyer is usually very reliable. Now calls to her cell phone go unanswered and both of her vehicles are missing.

“Coworkers and friends are very concerned,” Pickett said.

Police said Meyer’s missing vehicles include a 2009 Silver Toyota Rav4 with Colorado license plate 975YUH, and a 1995 Silver Toyota pickup with Colorado license plate 688DJH.

Meyer is 5-foot-7 and weighs 130 pounds. She has blue eyes and gray-brown hair.

If you have any information about Meyer’s whereabouts, you are asked to call the Wheat Ridge Police Department at 303-237-2220.
