Police: Body found along Cherry Creek bike path; Gun nearby

DENVER — Denver police are asking for the public’s help in solving the death of a man whose body was found along the Cherry Creek.

Henry Thomas’ body was found on March 8 near the bike path near S. Cherry Street in Glendale.

The coroner has not yet determined the cause of death, but police said a gun was found near his body.

“Evidence indicates the victim was not alone at the scene,” police wrote in a Crime Stoppers bulletin.

Anyone who has information in this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867). A reward up to $2,000 is available to anyone who gives information leading to an arrest and conviction of a suspect.
