Ground bison

Roasted green Anaheim chile peppers

Smoked cheddar cheese

Brioche buns


  1. Fire roast green Anaheim chile peppers, allow them to steam until the skin is easily removed, and remove the seeds. Cut into strips.
  2. Prepare your burger how you like it with ground bison and your favorite bun (we use house-made cheddar brioche buns).
  3. Top with smoked cheddar cheese and fire roasted chiles.
