Green Chile Cheese Burger

Roasted green Anaheim chile peppers
Smoked cheddar cheese
- Fire roast green Anaheim chile peppers, allow them to steam until the skin is easily removed, and remove the seeds. Cut into strips.
- Prepare your burger how you like it with ground bison and your favorite bun (we use house-made cheddar brioche buns).
- Top with smoked cheddar cheese and fire roasted chiles.
