Woman arrested, accused of killing Englewood man

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Englewood police have arrested a 30-year-old woman in connection with the slaying of a man found in an alley early Sunday morning.
Forsythia Owen is being held on a charge of first-degree murder.
According to police, officers found Denzel Rainey, 42, in an alley in the 3600 block of South Sherman and South Grant near Hwy. 285 and S. Broadway.
Rainey was taken to Swedish Medical Center, where he later died, said Kevin Sage of the Englewood Police Department.
Police arrested Owen a short time later. She is being held in the Arapahoe County Detention Facility.
