Nuggets guard and Chaparral H.S. athlete share rare medical condition
DENVER — Nuggets guard Randy Foye and a Chaparral High School football player share a unique bond.
Foye and Evan Villanueva have situs inverses, in which their heart and other internal organs are reversed – a mirror image of the ordinary body.
Only 1 out of 10,000 people have the rare condition.
It doesn’t affect Foye’s performance on the court. Randy and Evan met for the first time before the Nuggets preseason game against the San Antonio Spurs Monday.
