Remember to ‘Fall Back’ Sunday
Daylight Saving Time is almost over, meaning it’s time to change the clocks again.
Daylight Saving Time starts in the United States on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.
Most people think of it as gaining or losing an hour of sleep.
The official time for clocks to be turned back an hour is Sunday at 2 a.m.
Remember to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well.
In the US, Hawaii and most of Arizona do not follow DLS. About 70 countries around the world observe DLS. Many countries near the equator do not adjust their clocks for daylight saving.
