DENVER — With thousands expected downtown Denver to ring in the new year, the Downtown Partnership and Visit Denver are teaming up with hoteliers and eateries to help revelers say good bye to 2013 and hello to 2014.
“There are still great hotel deals available,” says Jayne Buck of Visit Denver. “We encourage folks to get on line or the phone to make a reservation which will help them be able to just slip outside for the fireworks shows on the Mall, and then head back in for dinner and New Year’s Eve parties which most have on tap for their facilities.”
Some kid-friendly options include the Noon New Year’s Eve fun set at the Children’s Museum.
The Southwest Airlines Ice Rink will be open for skating.
