COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Colorado Springs police named a pair of suspects Thursday in a series of daytime residential burglaries throughout the Colorado Springs area.

Gino Rael and Nathaniel Gonzales, both 20, are believed to be involved in multiple robberies where the suspect knocks on the door of a home, and then break in to steal items if nobody is home, CSPD said.

Both men were described as armed and dangerous, since weapons were stolen from some of the residences, police said.

Rael is a Hispanic male, five feet, eight inches tall, weighing 164 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has been seen driving a late ‘80s or ‘90s white Subaru station wagon.

Gonzales is a Hispanic male, approximately five feet, seven inches tall, weighing 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

It is possible other young men are also involved in the burglaries, CSPD said.

Anyone with information about the case was asked to call 719-444-7000.
