Plans for a major renovation project at the Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver were announced Wednesday.
A four-story Restoration Hardware will go into the part of the mall that was home to the old Saks Fifth Avenue. That building has been empty since Saks vacated it in 2011.
The new home for the luxury home goods and furniture store will become the company’s flagship location.
A rendering of what the new Restoration Hardware will look like shows it’ll be more than 50,000 square feet and it will feature an outdoor garden, rooftop park and multi-story atrium.
The company hopes to open the new store by the end of 2015.
Restoration Hardware currently occupies a much smaller space at Cherry Creek Shopping Center not far from where its new location will be.
