Man’s hillarious way of avoiding Kiss Cam with sister
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — When you go to a game, there’s a good chance you could wind up on the Kiss Cam.
It’s fun to watch and laugh as unsuspecting couples are forced to smooch before a captive stadium audience. Until the attractive person next to you is your sister.
That’s what happened to Adam Martin at Friday’s Gophers-Michigan hockey game.
Martin told WCCO-TV that he took his sister to the Valentine’s Day game and “the perception whether at the game or before it is that we’d look like we were on a date, so I wanted to make sure that there was a clean line, a sibling line between the two of us.”
Martin was prepared, however. He made a small sign with the words “My sister” and an arrow.
Sure enough Martina and his sister were spotted by the Kiss Cam. Now a YouTube video of the moment has gone viral. As of Thursday morning, it has been seen over 7 million times.
Martin told the station that he’s hoping to have a real date the next time he goes to a Gophers game.
