GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — A male suspect’s day went from bad to worse this morning after he allegedly drove into several cars on the Arapahoe Kia sales lot — while in the process of fleeing from a collision with an unmarked police car.
The suspect, whose name was not released, allegedly sideswiped a car on South Clinton Street about 10 a.m., the Greenwood Police Department reported. The victim car was a GVPD unmarked patrol vehicle, police said.
When the officer exited his car, the suspect allegedly drove away, eventually swerving into the Kia lot across the street and colliding with four or five vehicles parked there, police said.
The suspect was arrested, then taken to the hospital. His condition was not known.
