Elementary school student accused of making hurt, kill list
PUEBLO, Colo. — A Pueblo-area student has been suspended after he was accused of compiling a list of more than 10 students that he wanted to hurt or kill.
According to the Pueblo Chieftain, the boy was suspended from Sierra Vista Elementary School on Thursday for five days. School administrators don’t believe anyone was in immediate danger.
A spokesman for the school district said the boy may be expelled. A decision will be made next week.
Greg Keasling, student services director for the Pueblo County School District, said the list included names of boys and girls and descriptions of how they would be harmed.
The parents of each of the children were notified.
