Denver Police find wheelchair-confined teenager who had gone missing

DENVER — Denver Police found a wheelchair-confined teenager who had gone missing.

Cesar Diaz, who has cerebral palsy and is nonverbal, was last seen about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in his power-driven wheelchair in the area of West Mexico Avenue and South Quitman Street in southwest Denver, police said.

He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

About 8:30 a.m., Denver Police said on Twitter they had found Diaz and that he was OK.

No other details were provided.
