One Night in Bangkok Naked Burger
4 6 ounce patties of Laura’s Lean Beef
Salt and pepper to season
4 bibb lettuce leaves
1 cup sliced green papaya
1 cup sliced carrot
¼ cup mint leaves, torn
¼ cup cilantro, rough chopped with stem
¼ cup roasted and crushed peanuts
¼ cup crispy shallots
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 lime, juice squeezed
Heat grill to high. Form 4 patties about once inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly spray canola oil on patty so it does not stick to grill. When grill is heated, turn to medium heat and place patties on grill. Cook about three minutes each side to medium temperature. The patties should have a warm, pink center. You can keep the patties on longer for your desired doneness. Place bibb lettuce on four plates then place other ingredients in side lettuce cup except for the lime. Place burger in lettuce cup then squeeze lime on top. Eat with two hands.
