BOULDER, Colo. — University of Colorado Police are looking for a man they believe is involved in a peeping Tom incident at Libby Hall last month.

Police say a woman was using the restroom in the hall about 2:30 a.m. April 13 “when she looked down and saw a male looking up at her from underneath the stall partition.”

The woman left the restroom and was not followed. Detectives located video (seen above) of the suspect entering the residence hall through a propped door.

Anyone with information on identifying the suspect should call Det. Sgt. Michael Lowry at 303-492-8168 or leave an anonymous tip through the Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers at crimeshurt.com.
