SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. — Police arrested a Dillon man on multiple drug-related and child sex assault charges after a month-long investigation.
Brook Randall Fritts, 31, was taken into police custody April 29, according to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation was coordinated between Summit County deputies, Silverthorne Police Department, Dillon Police Department, Summit County Probation, Summit County Social Services and the Fifth Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
Police said Fritts was booked into the Summit County Jail on two counts of aggravated sexual assault on a child, distribution of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. He was also charged with possession of narcotic equipment/paraphernalia.
Fritts’ bond was set for $150,000.
Law enforcement was unable to release additional information due to the sensitive nature of this case.
