A Douglas County Sheriff’s deputy was accused Friday of sexual exploitation of a minor.

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. — Two deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office were cited after a domestic dispute last weekend.

The dispute involved a weapon, which prompted Castle Rock police to respond, said spokeswoman Karen McGrath.

The weapon was not a department weapon, she said.

The deputies have been identified as Jennifer Davis and Steve Davis.

Jennifer Davis was charged with false reporting to authorities and prohibited use of a weapon and Steven Davis was charged with false reporting to authorities.

Both the charges are misdemeanors.

A spokesman for the sheriff’s department said both were placed on administrative leave pending an investigation.
