Angry woman arrested after allegedly ramming boyfriend’s car, nearly hitting him
ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — Adams County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman Sunday after she allegedly rammed her boyfriend’s car.
Deputies were near 1800 E. 69th Avenue when a man flagged them down, saying his girlfriend, Rebecca Margaret Rodriguez, was upset he had not been calling her and she came to his workplace to confront him.
Not satisfied, she got into her vehicle and started ramming the boyfriend’s car with the man standing next to it, almost hitting him. Rodriguez, 44, took off when the man started flagging down the deputies, but she was stopped and found to be “very intoxicated.”
Rodriguez was booked into the Adams County Detention Facility where “her tantrum earned her a free call.”
She is charged with felony menacing with a weapon; assault; criminal mischief; driving under the influence; reckless endangerment; and driving under restrictions.
