Car crashes into Aurora home; 3 arrested

AURORA, Colo. — Three people were arrested after a minivan crashed into an Aurora home Thursday afternoon.

Aurora Police said an officer spotted the van, which was stolen two days ago, near Colfax Avenue and Havana Street.

The officer tried to pull over the van, but it sped away down Havana.

Police said it crashed into home while trying to turn onto E. 13th Avenue.

Three people fled from the wrecked van, but were caught after a short foot chase, police said.

Police said one officer used a Taser on one of the suspects.

No other injuries were reported.

Police have not released any names pending their investigation.
