Celebrating all things with bacon!

Casey Taylor from Masterpiece Deli shows us some different things to make with bacon.

 

DBC BLT Recipe:
DBC Ends/Pieces or Slab Bacon (if slab cut into 1″ width chunks)
Braise Bacon in a light pork or chicken stock for 2-3 hours at 300 (until its tender)
Saute on medium high heat until brown or crisp to your liking, flip so you cook both sides.
French Baguette
Add Mayo
2 to 4 slices of vine ripened or heirloom tomatoes
1oz of dressed arugula with olive oil
