Steven Scott Wedmore, 60, left a home in the Fox Run subdivision after becoming upset over something, police said. When he didn’t return after 2 1/2 hours, police were notified and when Wedmore still had not returned Wednesday morning, a search of the area began.
Police were worried because Wedmore and suffers from severe seizures and has no short-term memory, police said.
Police said Wedmore was found walking near the intersection of Godding Hollow Parkway and Silver Birch Parkway in Frederick. He appeared to be physically fine but was being examined by EMTs from the Frederick-Firestone Fire District.
