DENVER — Two people accused of producing child pornography have been sentenced to prison, prosecutors said Friday.
Matthew Scott Holt, 35, was sentenced to 55 years while Jordain Larsen, 27, was sentenced to 45 years after pleading guilty to three counts of production of child pornography involving three minor victims.
Court documents say that the Westminster Police Department found images and videos on Holt’s cell phone showing him sexual abusing a child under the age of two.
A search of computers seized at the residence revealed that Holt and Larsen produced a total of approximately 600 child pornography images and videos of three children to whom they had access. Two of the children were under the age of two and the third was under the age of nine, prosecutors say.
Prosecutors say Larsen and Holt created other sexually explicit images of the children and sent them to each other. They produced others when engaging in sexual activity with the children while together.
Prosecutors say the FBI found approximately 20,000 images of child pornography and four different peer-to-peer trading software programs on one of Holt’s computers.
Both defendants were ordered to serve a term of supervised release for the remainder of their lives once released.
