Former nurse faces charges in new unlawful sexual contact case
ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — A former nurse at North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton faces unlawful sexual contact charges.
Adams County District Attorney Dave Young announced the charges against Thomas Mark Moore Tuesday.
Moore is currently in custody on other charges. Fort Collins police arrested him in early January on charges of inappropriately touching a patient while he worked at Poudre Valley Hospital in 2013.
The new charges announced Tuesday allege that Moore, 44, fondled a woman who came to North Suburban Medical Center on November 8, 2015 for treatment of a severe migraine headache.
Police worry there could be more victims. Moore is a registered nurse who has worked at seven Colorado hospitals in Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins and Thornton, and one each in Nebraska and Texas, over seven years.
Thornton police ask that anyone with information about Moore call them at 720-977-5069.
Prosecutors want him held on $100,000 bond in the Adams County case.
