Broncos prepare to face the LA Rams in 3rd preseason game

DENVER – It’s a big weekend for the Denver Broncos. Saturday night’s preseason game against the Los Angeles Rams could go a long way in determining who will start at quarterback for the Broncos when the season opens in just a few weeks.

Earlier this week it was announced Trevor Siemian will start the game, but it’s unknown whether Mark Sanchez or Paxton Lynch will play second. Coach Gary Kubiak is expected to name the regular season starting QB following the game.

The Broncos lost the preseason home opener against the San Francisco 49ers last Saturday.

The Broncos open up the regular season on Sept. 8 with a Super Bowl 50 rematch against the Carolina Panthers at Mile High.
